Rented a ford for a quick same day rental. They had everything ready to go (brand new mustang!), but unfortunately there was a miscommunication about preferred rentals being able to go straight to the car. You still have to go to the desk here, but it's a small airport and is usually not crowded. The rental desks are just across the street. Tolls on the garden state are still not interoperable...fair warning: they still ask for exact change at a lot of them.
After renting from several vendors over the years, I have found that Avis was the best, Great ease of booking, got a great deal with their coupon, The staff was friendly and helpful with directions, car was clean and comfortable! What else can I say, I will be booking at Avis for all my rental cars! Thanx Guys!
Avis customer service was awesome, and flawless. It was easy to pick up and return this rental car, with no problem. I'm very happy with the whole experience and when the need arises again, I will definitely be renting a car with Avis.
Rental staff was friendly, helpful and quick. I had a free upgrade coupon which they did honor. The car provided was great. My only complaint is that I had to extend my rental by one day due to a cancelled flight. The staff accomodated the extra day but the price was the full rate, not the rate I received for my 5 day rental...and there was a rental extension fee added on plus taxes for the extension were 50% of the cost of the extra day. My great rental deal went down the drain with the one day extension.
I really enjoy the ease of renting a car from Avis at Atlantic City International. The staff is very friendly and they know how to put the customer first! I could choose from three other airports to come into whenever we plan our visits to Philadelphia and I will always choose this particular airport because of the superb customer service at Avis at Atlantic City International!
